    The Cobham Explorer 7120 mounts on a steal rugged Skid provides a portable easy to setup VSAT solution for either buying or hiring.

    The ClientSAT portable VSAT Skid solution comes standard with built in Wi-Fi and an automatic satellite finder. Once configured and setup, you will have high speed satellite internet for your staff anywhere in Australia. Designed to be moved regularly, the Skid option is perfect for operations which might need to move every 8-10 weeks.

     

    Setup:

    Before hiring the terminal, a communications box is supplied for the electronics equipment. Best to install in the office building closest to where the terminal will be placed.

    Once the cage is removed, the terminal only needs connected to 3 cables coming from the indoor equipment.

    Communications indoor equipment uses standard 240 volts power.

    Hire a Cobham Explorer 510 now to provide portable satellite internet anywhere in Australia. The Explorer 510 is lightweight and extremely portable weighing in at 1.4KG (including battery) and offer internet fast enough for basic internet and one on one video conferencing.

    Setting up the device is simple, once pointed towards the North East and locked onto the satellite. The device will create a Wi-Fi network for your device to connect too for internet.

    Remote Site Technologies hire's out the terminal and connects you to one of our BGAN link plans. The Link plans are designed to be capped at there set data allowance which means no nasty high bills. Once you reach your included credit, the speed will be slowed. Please note the slowed speed will only offer very limited functionality.

    BGAN hires start from $320 per month and depend on the length of your hire needs, data is charged on top of the $320 as per your needs.
