Do I need a new SIM Card
Thuraya - Unfortunately Thuraya are no longer supplying satellite phone services to Australia.
Pre-Paid - if you have previously been connected through Airtime Credit, or one of our partners you do NOT need a new SIM.
Post-Paid - if you have previously been connected through Airtime Credit, one of our partners or Pivotel, generally you will not need a new SIM*.
Pre-Paid - if you have previously been connected through Airtime Credit, or one of our partners you do NOT need a new SIM as long as the SIM has been active within the last 270 days. SIMs not used for more than 270 days expire.
Post-Paid - if you have previously been connected through Airtime Credit, one of our partners or Pivotel, generally you will not need a new SIM*.
* Older Post-Paid SIMs - where SIM cards are more than 4 to 5 years old and have not been used in the interim. If unsure simply complete our contact form with your SIM card number and we will check for you.
