If there is liable to be any delay due to stock availability we will notify you and/or issue you a complete refund. We will supply you with a tracking number for your package.
If stock levels indicate a possible delay of dispatch we may have the item immediately dispatched directly from the wholesaler/importer in Australia who may use different carriers
Please note due to Postal regulations we cannot ship some items by Air (such as single batteries) or due to their size. We may choose to use a different service to dispatch the item.
Orders can be sent to C/- Post Office [street address] however insurance will be unavailable after the items is received at the Post Office. You are responsible for ensuring the street address from the post office is entered correctly when ordering.
