Follow these steps as soon as you have purchased your handset with a plan such that we can dispatch your device in a timely manner.

-Complete our "Network Service Application form".
-Often the same day, or within one business day, you will receive an email and text to your nominated email address and mobile number to confirm your identity.
This is a security layer and commonly referred to as the 2FA (Two- factor authentication).

-Once identity is confirmed by the carrier and the 2FA step has been completed, the application will be placed for finalisation and on completion you will receive your service details by email.

The process can take up to 2 business days but is often completed sooner.
