Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Pricing
The prices of products offered may vary from time to time. Advertising at given price will depend on product availability and can not be guaranteed. All prices shown include GST
Airtime and plans
All plans and airtime will be connected through the relevant carrier or supplier using their prescribed connection forms. The terms and conditions of such connections and provision of service by the relevant carrier/supplier will apply. Remote Site Technologies can not guarantee the service supplied by the supplier of air time or a connection.
Title of Goods
Title of goods remains with Remote Site Technologies until payment is completed. Where goods are delivered but payment has not been made Remote Site Technologies reserves the right to recover such goods or costs thereof. Costs may include an administration fee, 10% per month interest on outstanding sums and any other costs in recovering the goods or outstanding payment
Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
